www.Our-Pad.com do not own or operate any of the properties listed on this site. This site is provided solely as an interface to facilitate one user contacting another. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the security of the site we cannot guarantee against unauthorised access or the origin of any contacts that may be recieved. Registration and membership is free and provides access to advertised property information, owner contact details, Guestbooks and Members Forums.
We will not participate in or play any part in any agreement that you may make with any other user of the site.You agree that you are solely responsible for all communications between yourself and any other user of the site and the content of those communications.
We do not accept liability for the accuracy of any information held. All descriptions are provided by the property owner(s) and should you, the user, decide to contact the advertiser you should satisfy yourself that the property and facilities are as described and suitable for your requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the authenticity of any contacts or arrangements that you make.
Non EMS individuals may register as "Associate Members" for the purpose of reviewing Guestbooks & contacting advertisers (or advertising a property subject to further specific Terms & Conditions as at (2) below.
With the exception of Associate Members any individual seeking or applying for "Verified or "Authenticated" Member status certifies that they are a serving or retired member of or are employed by the UK Emergency Services and consent to
Our-Pad.com making enquiries with relevant organisations to confirm that status if necessary.
You accept and acknowledge that the Emergency Services Travel Network forums are not "secure" and you may be held liable for the content of any posts you make. Such posts are representative of your own personal views and not of Our-Pad.com, our Emergency Services Network or any of it's other members. You undertake not to post any defamatory, obscene or insulting material. Such posts will be removed immediately and will result in the members exclusion from these forums and any associated advertising on the Our-Pad.com site will be be terminated.

Whereas all efforts will be made to ensure access and availability at all times, no guarantees are made given or provided with regard to availability of those servers at any time.

(2) Advertising Users
You, the advertiser, consent to the primary email address supplied to us by yourself being used to form part of your advert and permit it's use as a means for other users of the site to contact you. We will not display, disclose or use any email address provided for the purposes of authentication for any other purpose other than authentication.
You certify that you own the property identified in the advert wholly in your name or jointly with your partner and that you do not operate the property solely as a commercial venture.
That if you are not yourself an Emergency Services employee you will offer such employees at least 5% discount against any advertised rates.
Basic listings consisting of a direct email link to you (the advertiser) will be free for a period of twelve months from date of registration.
Free adverts will automatically be renewed annually & will continue to run, subject to the site remaining in operation, until such time as you request that it be removed or we notify you that the offer of free advertising has been withdrawn.
We reserve the right to remove the offer of free advertising at any time.
We may at any time resize or remove images or text from any advert as deemed necessary by ourselves to ensure the effective operation of the site.
“Custom” guestbook subscriptions are subject to an annual administration fee of £11. This fee is payment solely for the purpose of activation and administration costs. It is not in any way taken as payment for the ongoing provision of this or any other product or service.
Subject to the advertised fee and condition (a) below you may request a Hyperlink be inserted into your advert linking it directly to your own website. This fee is payment solely for the purpose of registration and administration costs. It does not and is not in any way taken as payment for the ongoing provision of any other product or service. Annual renewals will be discounted by 50%.

a) You (the advertiser) agree not to yourself offer any other travel services or to host any hyperlinks on your website which lead to any other site advertising travel, flight, hotel or car hire related services or to carry any other travel related advertising on your website.
b)You (the advertiser) agree to insert the paragraph and hyperlink at (c) below into your own site and maintain it for a minimum period of 12 months. Removal of the link to our partner site will constitute a breach of this agreement and we may remove the hyperlink link to your own site at any time. No refund will be made.
